Shipping Policy


Processing of orders
Orders are processed from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery in Italy
We use Poste Italiane as our standard carrier in Italy.
Our packages are delivered within 4 days (for the Standard Shipping) and within 2 days (for the Fast Shipping) from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays (excluded Livigno-Trepalle, Campione d’Italia, San Marino and Vatican City). The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left at the address and there will be a second attempt; if even at the second attempt there is no one present to sign for the package, the mailman leaves a notice with references of the Post Office where the package will be in stock.
Packages are kept at the post office for 10 working days, including Saturdays. A form of identification is required in order to receive your package. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to MOTOMO or abandoned, according to as provided by the MOTOMO itself.
You can even choose to set a PO Box or a Postal Office as delivery address; packages are kept at the post office for 10 days, including Saturdays and Sundays. A form of identification is required in order to receive your package. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to MOTOMO or abandoned, according to as provided by the MOTOMO itself.
On orders over € 50,00 the shipping is free.
In case of necessity or for other motivations  MOTOMO is free to change the standard carrier without any communication.

Consegna in Italia
Poste Italiane è il nostro corriere ufficiale per l’Italia.
I nostri pacchi son consegnati entro 4 giorni (per l’opzione Standard Shipping) ed entro 2 giorni (per l’opzione Fast Shipping) da lunedì a venerdì, eccetto i giorni di festa nazionale (esclusi Livigno-Trepalle, Campione d’Italia, San Marino and Città del Vaticano). L’ordine sarà consegnato all’indirizzo indicato nell’ordine e dovrà essere firmato alla consegna. Se non c'è nessuno presente per firmare per il pacchetto, una nota sarà lasciato all'indirizzo e ci sarà un secondo tentativo; se anche al secondo tentativo non c'è nessuno presente per firmare per il pacchetto, il postino lascia un avviso con i riferimenti dell’ Ufficio Postale in cui il pacchetto sarà disponibile. I pacchetti vengono tenuti presso l'ufficio postale per 10 giorni lavorativi, compreso il sabato. È necessaria una forma di identificazione per ricevere il vostro pacchetto. Se il pacchetto non viene prelevato entro i tempi stabiliti, gli oggetti vengono restituiti a MOTOMO o abbandonati, secondo quanto previsto dalla MOTOMO. Si può anche scegliere di impostare una casella postale o di un ufficio postale come indirizzo di consegna; pacchetti sono conservati presso l'ufficio postale per 10 giorni, compreso il sabato e la domenica. È necessaria una forma di identificazione per ricevere il vostro pacchetto. Se il pacchetto non viene prelevato entro i tempi stabiliti, gli oggetti vengono restituiti a MOTOMO o abbandonati, secondo quanto previsto dalla MOTOMO.
Per ordini superiori a 50,00 € la spedizione è gratuita.
In caso di necessità o per altre motivazioni MOTOMO è libera di cambiare il corriere.

Delivery in European Community
We use DHL as our standard carrier in European Community.
Our packages are delivered within 3-4 business days from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, there will be a second attempt; if even at the second attempt there is no one present to sign for the package, the items shall be returned to MOTOMO or delivered to a new address (according to as provided by the client and with new expensed charged on client).
Shipping charges will be included in your order. Within European Community there are not customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.
On orders over € 100,00 the shipping is free.
In case of necessity or for other motivations MOTOMO is free to change the standard carrier without any communication.

Delivery in USA & Canada
We use DHL as our standard carrier in USA & Canada.
Our packages are delivered within 4-5 business days from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, there will be a second attempt; if even at the second attempt there is no one present to sign for the package, the items shall be returned to MOTOMO or delivered to a new address (according to as provided by the client and with new expensed charged on client).
Shipping charges will be included in your order. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by MOTOMO.
It is possible that it may be delayed in customs. This is a standard inspection and MOTOMO do not have any authority to change or speed up the process. If you still haven’t received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact info@mo-to-mo.com.
It is up to the customer to ensure that the package is duty, to provide all necessary information and/or extinguish its taxes. If the package does not clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. for more information see our policy on returns.

Rest of the world

If there is no one present to sign for the package, there will be a second attempt; if even at the second attempt there is no one present to sign for the package, the items shall be returned to MOTOMO or delivered to a new address (according to as provided by the client and with new expensed charged on client).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight and distance the package will travel.
Shipping charges will be included in your order. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by MOTOMO.
